YWCA NorthEastern NY is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.

In order to provide a respectful environment where all are welcome, YWCA NENY does not discriminate or allow discrimination in program(s) or practices on the basis of race, religion, employment/unemployment status, color, genetic information, pregnancy, sex, national origin, age, marital/partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disabilities, stalking victim/survivor status or domestic violence victim/survivor status or veteran status. This policy governs all aspects of YWCA program operation and is in place for staff, volunteers and clients.

As of 08/27/2020, YWCA NorthEastern NY’s main building remains closed to the public.
? Our main number – 518-374-3394 – is still in operation and continues to be staffed 24/7.
? Our 24-hour domestic violence hotline number – 518-374-3386 – also continues to be staffed.
? Our Washington Avenue Early Learning Center is now open. Our SUNY Schenectady ELC will reopen September 8.
