This policy governs all aspects of YWCA program operation and is in place for staff, volunteers and clients.

As of 08/27/2020, YWCA NorthEastern NY’s main building remains closed to the public.
? Our main number – 518-374-3394 – is still in operation and continues to be staffed 24/7.
? Our 24-hour domestic violence hotline number – 518-374-3386 – also continues to be staffed.
? Our Washington Avenue Early Learning Center is now open. Our SUNY Schenectady ELC will reopen September 8.
